Some stories begin with spreadsheets. Ours began with a moment of clarity. After decades in the corporate financial world, Charlie Massimo realized that true wealth isn't measured in numbers alone - it's measured in purpose, relationships, and how we show up for others. That belief became the heartbeat of The Kindness Portfolio - and the catalyst for building something different. He stepped away from the noise of big institutions to create a firm grounded in empathy and intention, empowering women and families to design lives aligned with their values.

Soon after, Peter Anastasian joined him, sharing a vision that wealth management could be more human, more personal, and more kind. Together, they built CJM Wealth Management - a place where conversations about money became conversations about meaning. In 2020, we joined Wealth Enhancement Group, expanding our reach and resources while preserving our personal touch.
